Defensive / Offensive Cyberspace Operations Subject Matter Expert:
Serve as the primary process and activity manager for assigned materiel and non-materiel operational solution projects. Develops and executes approved project plans, transition strategies, operational integration plans, and deployment plans for assigned projects. Provide advocacy at all levels for operational needs and solution delivery.
Responsible for managing, planning, and executing multiple, simultaneous projects, processes and activities to support delivery and implementation of operational solutions on behalf of and/or effecting the 24th Air Force (24 AF), Air Forces Cyber (AFCYBER), Joint Force Headquarters-Cyber (Air Force) (JFHQ-C (AF)), Higher Headquarters (HHQ), other Services, US Government (USG) agencies and international partners.
Lead, organize and participate in cross-functional, multiple organization teams and working groups.
Plan, conduct, report and/or participate in capability experiments, assessments and demonstrations.
Monitor all assigned projects, processes and activities for compliance with all applicable policy, guidance, instructions and directives and recommend changes resulting in faster and more accurate delivery of operational solutions.
Collect, analyze, interpret and report project, process and activities performance data and recommend improvement actions resulting in faster and more accurate delivery of operational solutions.
Collaborate, cooperate and develop solid working relationships within the 24 AF, AFCYBER, JFHQ-C (AF), and HHQ staffs and operational communities, and with national, inter-service, inter-agency and international counterparts.
Conduct daily interaction at the executive and action officer levels related to operational solution delivery projects, processes, activities and advocacy.
Author and present informational, position and decision briefings, papers, reports and other communications for executive and action officer level consumption.
Experience:
Currently hold a TS//SI/TK/G/HCS security clearance. Currently hold or ability to pass a counter intelligence polygraph.
15 years or more experience in DoD Service military operations (AF defensive cyber operations experience preferred).
Managing, planning and execution of multiple, simultaneous complex projects, processes and activities.
Preparing and executing project plans, transition strategies, operational integration plans, and deployment plans for projects.
Experience in conducting and/or participating in experiments, assessments and/or demonstrations.
Collecting, analyzing, interpreting and reporting project, process and activities performance data
Leading and participating in cross-functional, multiagency teams and working groups.
Authoring and presenting communications at the executive (general officer) and action officer levels.
Familiarity with DoD acquisition processes.
