Cecily Gerdes, PHR
Currently serving as the Facility Security Officer and Human Resources Director, Cecily has over 15 years of experience in all areas of Human Resources and corporate leadership. Cecily oversees all HR related areas of the company in addition to managing the company’s security program and corporate office. Cecily joined CCT in January of 2013 after previously serving 8 years as Vice President, Human Resources Manager for a regional bank headquartered in Tampa Bay.
Cecily earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Development and minor in Business from the University of Florida in 2004 and continued her education with her PHR designation in 2008.
Cecily is a founding member and current Secretary/Treasurer for Love McKinley, a local 501(c)(3) in the Tampa Bay area. Love McKinley raises money for local families that are impacted by pediatric cancer, and supports John Hopkins All Children’s Hospital with funds supporting various pediatric cancer initiatives and research.
