Position: Accounting Specialist
Reports to: Controller
Manages: No Direct Reports

As a member of CCT’s finance team, you will learn, contribute and create streamlined processes while helping to provide key financials to the managers and the Executive team as they grow CCT’s business. You will be an integral part of a dynamic work environment that strives to provide a concise, clear, timely picture of CCT financially.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Expense Reporting- collect, prepare and reconcile Expense Reports
  • Daily Account Payable (AP) bill entry
  • Weekly CCT Backlog and reporting updates
  • Weekly ACH Sheet Preparation
  • Monthly Credit Card Entry and Reconciliation
  • Credit application preparation for signing by CFO
  • Manage outstanding prepaid jobs on JAMIS accounting platform
  • Process and submit all outgoing invoices for CCT’s SPS/IS contracts
  • Process incoming consultant invoices
  • Provide consultant revenue to invoice totals
  • Prepare Annual contract financial reporting
  • Weekly job reconciliation with sales team

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, previous knowledge of common accounting practices required
  • Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, etc.)
  • Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures
  • Organizational and planning skills

Position Overview:

CCT’s Enterprise Services Line of Business has an immediate opportunity for a successful Technical Recruiter. Recruiters are responsible for finding, screening and conducing initial interviews with candidates to fulfill CCT’s Department of Defense Cyber and IT based support contracts. This position is located at the headquarters building in St Petersburg, Florida.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • This is a “hunter” type recruiting position. If you are used to posting job descriptions and then screening the applicants for the right fit, this is not what you will experience at CCT.
  • Responsible for identifying qualified candidates, interviewing candidates and providing a detailed synopsis of the candidate’s qualifications to Senior Management.
  • Must confirm candidates prior work history and how it pertains to our opening.
  • Address gaps in employment and why candidate left prior positions.
  • Responsible for candidate tracking in our recruiting software to include details notes


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2 years’ experience in technical recruiting
  • Ability to work independently with little direction and guidance
  • Ability to work weekends and evening hours as needed – not often required
  • Proficient writing and communication skills, including the ability to develop analytical documents and present oral presentations to customer management
  • Proficient is MS Office suite – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Technical background a plus
  • Ability to obtain a Top Secret DoD Security Clearance
